Ms Miriam Mullery is an accredited psychotherapist and supervisor (MIACP) who works from a warm, compassionate and humanistic perspective. She takes an integrative approach to therapy, supporting clients with a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.
Miriam understands that opening up and allowing oneself to be vulnerable can feel difficult and courageous. She offers a safe, non-judgemental and empathic space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings and experiences at their own pace. Her aim is to walk alongside each individual, providing support while also gently encouraging personal growth and deeper self-understanding.
She values each person as unique and meets clients wherever they are in their journey. Her work is grounded in respect for each individual’s perspective, recognising their capacity to discover what is true and meaningful for them.
Miriam believes that every person has both the desire and the ability to grow and reach their full potential when given the right support. Through therapy, she helps clients move towards a more fulfilling, balanced and meaningful life where they feel heard, understood and empowered.
