Ms Maya Ishchuk

Maya, a qualified chartered physiotherapist and Pilates instructor, earned her Bachelor's degree from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland in 2022. 

With a passion for holistic health, she integrates manual therapy, dry needling, and tailored exercise programmes to support her patients' recovery, enhance physical activity, and optimise performance. 

Currently, Maya leads Pilates classes at PhysioCare in Mount Merrion, running sessions every Tuesday and Thursday. 

Her experience also includes time at the Hermitage Clinic, where she gained valuable expertise in treating patients across a broad range of ages and backgrounds.
