I honestly can’t recommend my physiotherapist highly enough. After breaking my scaphoid bone in my wrist, I was worried I’d never get my strength, mobility, or confidence back but thanks to his expertise, encouragement, and structured rehab plan, I’ve made an incredible recovery. From the very first session, he took the time to fully assess my wrist, explain what was happening, and create a programme tailored specifically to my injury and goals. Every exercise was purposeful and progressed at just the right pace, pushing me without ever risking re-injury. What really stood out was how motivating and supportive he was throughout the process. He didn’t just help me heal , he helped me rebuild strength, trust my wrist again, and return to normal daily activities without pain or fear.
Marks patients benefit from his background in clinical excellence and athletic development, his encyclopaedic knowledge base, and his personal experience competing as an international level athlete. He has also been the unseen backbone of many teams that have been fortunate enough to have him in their backroom staff. Mark is certainly one of the best around.
