Dr Marie Kane

Dr. Marie Kane is a highly experienced orthodontist who has been serving the Dunshaughlin community since the early 1980s. A graduate of the National University of Ireland obtaining her BDS in 1981, she went on to complete a Diploma in Clinical Dentistry at Trinity College Dublin and a Master’s in Orthodontics from the University of Warwick. Her dedication to lifelong learning has enabled her to provide the highest standard of care, combining clinical expertise with a compassionate, patient-centred approach.

Marie has a particular interest in orthodontics for both adults and children, and over the years has had the privilege of treating multiple generations of families within the community. She is passionate about helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles through effective and comfortable treatments tailored to individual needs.

In addition to her clinical practice, Marie was recently invited to join the academic staff at Warwick Medical School as a Clinical Teaching Fellow in Orthodontics, contributing to the training of the next generation of dental specialists.

Alongside this she is an active member of the Irish Dental Association, the British Orthodontic Association, and the Irish Endodontic Society, reflecting her engagement with the wider dental profession and her commitment to excellence in patient care.
