Dr. Maria Fernanda Fernandez Hernandez is a Psychiatry Consultant with extensive experience in delivering specialised psychological interventions across diverse clinical settings. As a senior practitioner and a full member of the Psychological Society of Ireland (PSI), she provides evidence-based care rooted in a deep understanding of human behaviour and emotional regulation. She is highly qualified with a PhD in Psychology, and has gained experience in both academic and clinical settings.

Her therapeutic approach is integrative, drawing from well-established frameworks such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT). She is particularly focused on helping patients navigate complex emotional landscapes, ranging from acute anxiety to long-term depression.
