I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how positive my experience was. From the moment I booked the appointment, the lady at reception was kind, welcoming and very helpful, which immediately made me feel comfortable. My appointment with Luke Allen was outstanding. He is clearly an excellent professional, very empathetic, attentive and reassuring. He explained everything carefully throughout the procedure and made sure I understood how to take care of my ears properly afterwards. I have needed ear cleaning treatments since I was a child and over the years I had this done many times in hospitals in Portugal. However, I had never left an appointment feeling that my ears were completely clear until now. The improvement in my hearing was immediate and honestly quite emotional for me. I’m not sure if professionals always realise the impact they have on patients’ lives, but this appointment made a real difference to mine. I left hearing clearly again for the first time in many years. Thank you for such a professional and caring service. I would highly recommend.

Cool Hand Luke (That's exactly what he is) is very Helpful, Professional, Thorough, just 2 mention a few off his good points. Just a phone call away from writing any teething problems for us new wearers off hearing aids. Could not recommend highly enough.

Finally have perfect hearing aid after 2 bad experiences with last 2 providers. Luke was so thorough, I was not rushed along or put in a soundproof cubby hole. My hearing was even tested outside on a busy street! Learned how to adjust for to reduce background noise. For the first time in over 8 years I finally am so happy with my hearing aids. And nothing was too much trouble for Luke. I can make an appointment & go back to him as often as I need to. Would highly recommend Luke to all my family & friends. I have personally recommended people to go to Luke, you won’t be disappointed & my hearing aids did not cost anything near what I had paid with 2 other providers. Luke took his time and explained everything to me & he made sure I was happy with everything & he never pushed for me to go for higher prices.

I found Luke very friendly and easy to talk to. He listens well and make the whole experience less daunting than I had imagined. He does not force his ideas on you. I would highly recommend him.
