A friend recommended that I go to Hearing Aids Direct to have a hearing test carried out & I have to say it was the best thing I have ever done. The receptionist was very friendly & helpful so we made the appointment. The gentleman was very nice & down to earth....explained that the hearing in both my ears was impaired so I definitely needed hearing aids. Luke, the audiologist had a talk with me with regard to the prices & didn't try to sell me expensive hearing aids when less expensive ones worked the same way with which I was very impressed. My hearing aids were ordered & I got a call when they arrived.....had them fitted 2 weeks ago & I'm very happy with them as they are so small & dainty & almost invisible. I was told by Luke to phone or call in if I needed any adjustments made so I have an appointment on Tuesday as I fell I need the sound turned up a bit. There is also a great after care service provided which is very important & also a nice discount for the month of June. I have recommended a friend to call Hearing Aids Direct to make that important appointment & she won't regret it as the customer is the main priority. I will continue to recommend people to this very genuine gent & they will see for themselves.

I honestly don’t have enough words to describe how positive my experience was. From the moment I booked the appointment, the lady at reception was kind, welcoming and very helpful, which immediately made me feel comfortable. My appointment with Luke Allen was outstanding. He is clearly an excellent professional, very empathetic, attentive and reassuring. He explained everything carefully throughout the procedure and made sure I understood how to take care of my ears properly afterwards. I have needed ear cleaning treatments since I was a child and over the years I had this done many times in hospitals in Portugal. However, I had never left an appointment feeling that my ears were completely clear until now. The improvement in my hearing was immediate and honestly quite emotional for me. I’m not sure if professionals always realise the impact they have on patients’ lives, but this appointment made a real difference to mine. I left hearing clearly again for the first time in many years. Thank you for such a professional and caring service. I would highly recommend.
