Dr Lorna Mohan

Dr Lorna Mohan graduated with honours from Trinity College Dublin with a degree in Dental Science in 2010. Following graduation, they worked for two years as a house officer at the Dublin Dental University Hospital, where they gained postgraduate training with a strong focus on oral surgery. Their rotations included providing emergency on-call dentistry for many Dublin hospitals. During this time, Dr Mohan also completed their Membership to the Faculty of Dental Surgery examinations with the Royal College of Surgeons Ireland (MFDS RCSI).

Dr Mohan then moved to England for a year, working as a Senior House Officer in Maxillofacial Surgery in Chichester, West Sussex, where they also completed Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) training. They then returned to Dublin and worked as a registrar in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery at St James's Hospital for a year. Dr Mohan has a friendly, calm, and approachable chairside manner. They pride themselves on the quality of their clinical care and understand the importance of listening and keeping patients at ease. Outside of dentistry, they enjoy keeping fit with cycling and hiking and love to travel.
