Liam is straight-talking and encourages open and honest discussion. He encourages keeping definitions simple which strengthens learning, and topics are reinforced during each session to ensure content is remembered. Has helped me progress massively over the course of counselling.

This is my second time with Liam and both times he’s been very very helpful and explains everything very clear and gives me a good understanding of how and why I am feeling.

I'm very grateful to Liam for his counselling over the past number of months and I cannot recommend him highly enough. From the first session, I felt welcomed and supported. Liam is very nice, helpful, and understanding, which made it easier for me to open up about my feelings. At the beginning of our sessions I was overwhelmed with anger and confusion, and I must admit, I was a bit apprehensive about the whole process. However, the information and insights provided during our sessions were educational. Liam helped me to approach things in a certain way that I found to be very beneficial. I learned so much about myself and my emotions, which has significantly reduced my anger and helped me gain a clearer perspective on my situation.
