Dr. Kalyan Goli

Dr Kalyan Goli is an experienced physician and aesthetic doctor with a background in general and hospital medicine. Having worked at senior registrar level in Irish hospitals, he brings strong clinical experience and a detailed understanding of health, medication, facial anatomy and skin ageing to his aesthetic practice.

His approach is medical, considered and highly personalised. Every treatment begins with a careful assessment of the patient’s concerns, general health, facial structure and skin quality. Dr Goli believes in providing honest advice and setting realistic expectations, including being clear about when a treatment may not be appropriate or may not achieve the desired result.

Dr Goli offers a broad range of non-surgical treatments, including anti-wrinkle injections, dermal fillers, facial balancing, skin boosters, biostimulators, microneedling, PRP and PRF. He has a particular interest in regenerative medicine, including under-eye rejuvenation, PRF bio-filler, improving skin quality, and supporting hair restoration in patients experiencing thinning or early hair loss.

His practice also encompasses the medical management of acne, rosacea, pigmentation, melasma, facial redness and sun-damaged skin, supported by individually selected medical-grade skincare. Additional treatments include thread-vein management, selected benign skin-lesion removal, body contouring and cellulite treatment.

A distinctive part of Dr Goli’s practice is his interest in pain management. He assesses and treats selected patients experiencing migraine and other headache presentations, jaw clenching and grinding, facial and jaw pain, temporomandibular joint dysfunction, muscular pain, and certain joint and tendon conditions. Every presentation is medically evaluated before treatment is recommended.

Alongside his clinical practice, Dr Goli teaches advanced injectable and regenerative techniques at the International Institute of Cosmetic Medicine in Newry.
