My first visit I couldn’t lift my arm above my head because of tendonitis and frozen shoulder now nearly 2 years later the most my injury affects my life is stiffness. If the pain ever gets bad Kaitlyn knows exactly where to do dry needling or soft tissue massages to quickly help the pain and strengthen the muscles or relieve the pressure casing pain

Kaitlyn took the time to carefully listen to my concerns and thoroughly understand the issue, quickly identifying the root cause. Between the stretches and the dry-needling, I experienced a significant improvement after just one session and now, after three sessions, I have a clear roadmap to prevent recurrence.
