Ms Jennifer Smyth

Ms Jennifer Smyth is a qualified Counsellor, Psychotherapist, and Clinical Supervisor with nearly two decades of experience in the field of mental health and therapeutic practice. She currently works in private practice, providing counselling, psychotherapy, and professional supervision services.

Jennifer’s background includes over 15 years with Living Life Counselling in Bray, County Wicklow, where she held various roles. She served as Services Manager from 2018 to 2020, overseeing clinical operations and service delivery, and volunteered as a counsellor from 2004 to 2018, offering long-term support to individuals within the community.

Jennifer holds a Master’s Degree in Clinical Supervision in Professional Practice from the Irish College for Humanities and Applied Sciences. She also completed a Diploma in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy at the Institute of Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy and a Diploma in Couple Counselling from the Institute of Couple Counselling.

Her integrative approach, grounded in both individual and relational therapy, supports clients and supervisees in developing greater self-awareness and emotional resilience.
