Ms Grace Montgomery

Ms Grace Montgomery is a CORU Registered Dietitian offering evidence-based nutrition support to individuals and workplaces. She has experience working in a busy acute clinical centre of excellence, providing specialist nutrition care as part of a multidisciplinary healthcare team. This experience has shaped her warm, practical and evidence-based approach to supporting clients with their health and nutrition goals.

Grace holds a BSc in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Trinity College Dublin and Technological University Dublin. She works with clients to create personalised nutrition plans that are realistic, supportive and tailored to their lifestyle, preferences, medical history and goals. Her approach focuses on helping people feel more confident with food, without relying on restrictive diets or all-or-nothing thinking.

Her areas of interest include sustainable weight management, digestive health, women’s health, fertility nutrition and general healthy eating. Grace is also undertaking further specialist training in fertility nutrition as part of her ongoing professional development.

Alongside individual consultations, Grace provides corporate wellness services, including workplace nutrition talks, group education sessions and practical wellbeing support for teams. Her aim is to make nutrition clear, relatable and easy to apply in everyday life.

Consultations are available via video call, allowing clients to access expert dietetic support from anywhere in Ireland.
