Chatting to Grace today was fantastic i really enjoyed how grace explained what areas I’m struggling with at the moment and her suggestions of certain foods and how to implement them better for my overall health was so informative and have to say grace is so professional was very impressed , plus tic tok is where I found graces posts which are very interesting recipes and tips .
