Dr. Gael Jauvert

Dr Gael Jauvert is a Consultant Cardiologist based in Dublin, Ireland. He specialises in interventional electrophysiology, which involves the management of unusual heart rhythms and arrhythmias. He is able to perform a variety of procedures and interventions aiming to treat arrhythmias, including simple, complex and pulsed field ablations. He is also trained in performing cardiac pacing, resynchronisation and implanting cardiac devices like defibrillators. He has significant expertise in managing cardiac arrhythmias, with over 25 years of experience as a Cardiologist and he is an author of over 35 scientific papers in this field. 

Dr Jauvert graduated from the University of Toulouse III in 1996 with a degree in Medicine. Following this, he completed additional specialist training and qualified as a cardiologist from the University of Paris XII in 2001. He sub-specialised in interventional electrophysiology, and worked in this area in Paris before moving to work in Dublin, Ireland in 2020. Dr Jauvert has contributed significantly to the medical literature in his field and is passionate about medical research. He continues to publish research in the field of electrophysiology, which helps him remain up-to-date with the newest developments in this specialist area.
