Dr. Gabriel Murphy

Dr Gabriel Murphy is a General Practitioner with a clinical background spanning general practice and emergency medicine. He has particular interests in sports injuries and acute medicine, alongside a strong focus on preventative care, cardiovascular health and chronic disease management.

After graduating in 2006, Dr Murphy spent the first decade of his career primarily working in emergency medicine. During this period, he gained further clinical experience through rotations in paediatrics, surgery and oncology. He subsequently undertook General Practice training in Scotland from 2017, completing rotations across general medicine, psychiatry, including learning disabilities, obstetrics and gynaecology.

Dr Murphy returned to Ireland in 2022, where he has worked as a GP and provided out-of-hours medical care. His broad experience across acute, primary and hospital-based medicine informs his approach to both immediate health concerns and longer-term preventative care.
