About

Ms Emma Creed is a therapist who offers a compassionate, grounding space for individuals navigating anxiety, overwhelm, low self-worth, grief, or recurring relationship patterns. Clients often come seeking calm, deeper connection, and a stronger sense of belonging within themselves. Emma’s integrative, trauma-sensitive approach weaves reflective conversation with mind–body–soul practices to support healing on emotional, relational, and embodied levels.

Her work focuses on helping clients soften difficult emotions, rebuild inner trust, and develop ways of relating and living that feel balanced, intentional, and authentic. Emma is committed to providing a steady, supportive environment where people feel heard, respected, and safe to explore their inner world.

Emma holds a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy and is a CORU-registered Social Care Worker and an IACP pre-accredited therapist. She brings experience from cancer support services and university counselling settings, alongside extensive work within disability and autism services. This background supports a sensitive, attuned approach to each client’s unique needs. Emma engages in regular professional supervision to ensure ethical and effective practice.

Her areas of expertise include cancer support, grief, relationship difficulties, family conflict, mood disorders, self-esteem, trauma and PTSD, and women’s issues. She draws from attachment-based, emotionally focused, experiential, family systems, gestalt, CBT, and humanistic approaches.
