Ebru Nuhoglu Reilly is a humanistic and integrative psychotherapist and the founder of Noahs Art Psychotherapy. Originally from Turkey, she has been based in Dublin since 2003, where she supports adults navigating a wide range of emotional and psychological challenges.
Ebru holds a BA in Economics from Boğaziçi University (1997) and recently completed a Master’s degree in Humanistic and Integrative Psychotherapy at the Tivoli Institute (2025). She is a pre-accredited member of the Irish Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (IACP), and an Academic Associate of Logotherapy as well as a member of the Viktor Frankl Institute of Ireland.
Her therapeutic approach is grounded in trauma-informed and body-oriented perspectives, with a particular interest in existential psychotherapy and the exploration of meaning. Ebru works with individuals experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, stress and burnout, bereavement, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and neurodiversity.
She offers both in-person and online sessions, creating a safe, respectful, and confidential environment. Ebru works collaboratively with clients, supporting them in exploring their thoughts, emotions, behaviours, relationships, and bodily awareness at a pace that feels comfortable and appropriate for each individual.
