Derek is extremely caring and thorough. The detailed intake he took and his constant non judgemental listening and check in at the start of every session is appreciated. He is an excellent physiotherapist and his extensive knowledge of anatomy shows with each physical check in he does at the start of every session. He really has made a huge difference to my pain and the videos he send of any new exercises are so helpful. Simply can't recommend enough.
