Prof Cheriyan is very clear and direct. However he is easy to relate too and is person focused.
Wonderful courtesy and kindness from all the staff. Dr. Cheriyan always so professional but also so kind. I dont mind putting my name to this. Elizabeth K.
It was overall a very positive experience. The only slight criticism I have is that when I read my results file it mentioned that I had mild diverticulitis, however Dr Cheriyan made no mention of this or its significance in his discussion with me after the procedure. I would have liked more information on this diagnosis including advise as to how best to manage it.

Thanks for the note- very happy to call to discuss on the phone if you wish. Best wishes, Danny Cheriyan
Prof Danny Cheriyan is very pleasant and most professional.
I was made very comfortable with all the staff My consultant was very very nice and, of course, I’m very happy with the outcome
My visit was very comfortable and everyone was so kind and doctor that was looking after me for the first time time made my experience reassuring and very comfortable and relaxed
Excellent,Prof Cheriyan, could not have been nicer and professional,as was the entire staff and also the receptionists, Fantastic Team 10 out of 10.
I would have appreciated more time to talk through the implications of the endoscopy findings. I felt Prof Cheriyan was very approachable but three minutes at the end of a procedure to talk through results was not enough to think through some options with me. It also did not allow me to disclose current symptoms I am experiencing nor the change in medication which was suggested
My visit was perfect the staff made me feel very welcome and at ease ,prof Danny was very welcoming and professional the whole experience was excellent.
