It was fine. Coman was kind and empathetic. Though I’m not sure I improved. Near the end I just felt like we were having the same few conversations on repeat and it wasn’t beneficial. I would’ve also preferred sticking to a fixed time every week for stability.
I have tried therapy on three separate occasions, however this is the first time I’ve ever noticed a positive change in my thoughts/life in general. Coman has not only given me the tools to manage stressful situations but has helped me learn how to advocate for myself in situations where I would have never had the confidence to do so before. He has helped me to understand where my reactions come from and as a result I have been able to work on and change them for the first time! Not only did he help me with problems but also with building confidence and improving my day to day life. I am now the happiest and most content I have been in years!
I find Coman to be a professional and emathetic practitioner and would highly recommend him.
Good experience overall
I would certainly recommend Coman as a therapist. He is professional, compassionate and easy to speak with.
We attended Coman for marriage counselling and he was so helpful and kind in his manner and really helped us through a difficult patch
Im unsure if Im improving in certain areas. I would sometimes like more feed back or things that could help me progress on further in certain areas. Sometimes I feel like I bore Coman or he is distracted.
I have been for counselling on and off over the years and Coman is without doubt the best I have ever been to. I have recommended him countless times to friends.
Professional
I had six sessions with Coman and talking with him made a really significant difference in how I managed an extremely difficult time in my life. A couple of years later l still feel the benefit and am so grateful for his guidance. I wouldn't hesitate to return to him if I was in need of clarity going forward.
