Ms Colette Cahill

Ms Colette Cahill is the Founder of Neuro-Connections and an experienced psychotherapist dedicated to supporting children, teenagers, and adults in achieving emotional wellbeing and personal growth. With a BSc (Hons) in Counselling & Psychotherapy and Diplomas in both counselling and integrative supervision, she brings a broad and compassionate approach to therapeutic care.

Colette’s professional expertise spans nursing, counselling, psychotherapy, neurodevelopmental therapy, Johansen IAS, EMDR, and clinical supervision. As a Registered Neurodevelopmental Therapist, she is committed to creating supportive opportunities for individuals to manage the stresses of everyday life, build resilience, and thrive within a safe and understanding environment.

She works with clients experiencing a wide range of challenges, including anxiety, panic, depression, trauma, traumatic stress, disturbing memories, learning difficulties, as well as speech and language development concerns. Her integrative and person-centred approach allows her to tailor support to the unique needs of each individual.

In addition to her therapeutic work, Colette also provides consultancy services, offering professional guidance and expertise to individuals, families, and organisations seeking specialist support in mental health and neurodevelopmental care.
