Mr Cian O'Connor

Mr Cian O’Connor is a fully accredited psychotherapist who works exclusively online. With a Master’s and Postgraduate Diploma in Counselling and Psychotherapy, and membership of the Irish Council for Psychotherapy, he offers a compassionate, client-focused approach tailored to individual needs.

Cian draws from a range of therapeutic models, including Person-Centred, Humanistic, Integrative, Gestalt, and Attachment-informed approaches. Central to his practice is the therapeutic relationship itself, he believes healing begins when clients are met with empathy, respect, and genuine presence. By fostering a safe, non-judgmental space, Cian helps clients build trust and explore their inner experiences at their own pace.

He supports individuals facing a wide spectrum of challenges, including low self-worth, identity concerns, anxiety, depression, bereavement, trauma, life transitions, chronic illness, and relational difficulties. Cian also works with issues such as self-harm, suicidal ideation, bullying, and loneliness.
