I worked with Celine for three months while preparing for my FET and I honestly can’t recommend her highly enough. Over that time, I learned so much about my body, nutrition, and how everything connects when it comes to fertility. One of the biggest improvements I experienced was in addressing ongoing constipation, which she helped me resolve. Celine also encouraged me to get blood tests done, which uncovered an iron deficiency I hadn’t been aware of. From there, she guided me onto the right supplements and made sure everything I was taking was appropriate and supportive of my goals. Her nutrition support was incredible - she shared so many helpful recipes and made everything feel manageable and realistic. She also suggested I get an endometriosis assessment scan, which was an important step in understanding my overall health more fully. On top of that, she introduced me to Giga Laser therapy, which I wouldn’t have known about otherwise. I truly feel that she did everything she possibly could to prepare both me and my body for my FET. I’m so grateful for her guidance, care and support throughout the process, and I would highly recommend her to anyone on a similar journey.

Celine is very passionate about what she does and gives great advice. She sent me lovely recipies after our consult and I really liked how she wrote up my notes after and made it easy to follow.

I met Celine for support with fertility nutrition. We had been trying for 5 years to conceive. Interestingly as well as the medical things, neither private or public health care providers asked or gave advise on wellbeing and nutrition. After figuring this out I thought I'd give it a go in pure desperation for further chances to convince. It would be a win-win situation, knowing that I've tried all avenues, I'll be a healthier "me" either with or without a baby. A friend referred me to Celine and I didn't know what to expect. On first contact, she gave me the the time to share my journey and ask further questions. She discussed a holistic plan tailored to me with small goals to start off with. We discussed mindfulnesa/mental health stratagies, physical exercise plan supplements to take/avoid and even analysed my blood tests and gave simple explanations with a plan to restore balance. Every week, check in was easy and was quick to respond (within 0-12 hours) of any queries I had at any time. This was a good send. She even offered a call when IVF was taking a toll on me. I can't recommend Celine enough to all the people going through the same awful journey. I worked with Celine for 5 months and her input proved to be successful as I am now pregnant!!
