Mr Cathal Egan

Mr Cathal Egan is a dedicated Chartered Physiotherapist with a strong focus on musculoskeletal health and sports-specific rehabilitation. After graduating with an honours degree in Physiotherapy from Teeside University, he has built a diverse clinical portfolio, working extensively in private practice and communtiy settings. His approach is rooted in the integration of manual therapy and functional rehabilitation to help patients return to their peak performance.

Cathal utilizes a range of advanced modalities to manage pain and improve mobility in his clinical practice. He is highly proficient in the use of dry needling and uses biomechanical assessments to identify the underlying causes of dysfunction rather than just treating symptoms. He is particularly experienced in managing the recovery journey for both acute injuries and long-term chronic conditions.

His approach is patient-led enabling Cathal to work alongside his patients to create an individualised treatment plan, and find goals that are important for each individiual.
