Ms Caroline Kennedy

Caroline is an experienced wellness and bodywork therapist with an extensive background in health, wellness and movement. She founded Onsite Wellness Company with a commitment to helping people move better, feel better and improve their quality of life through therapeutic touch and evidence-informed bodywork.

Her specialist training spans Ireland, Europe, the UK, New Zealand and the USA, with particular expertise in Manual Lymphatic Drainage  and Complete Decongestive Therapy. Trained at the Klose Training Institute in the USA and Földi College in Germany, she has also gained clinical experience treating primary and secondary lymphoedema at St George’s Hospital, London, under Professor Mortimer.

Drawing on her background as a ballet teacher, yoga instructor and stretch coach, Caroline takes a considered, individualised approach to massage and bodywork, supporting movement, physical comfort, recovery and overall well-being. She has worked with a diverse range of clients and national and international organisations, delivering massage and wellness therapies tailored to individual needs.
