Ms Caroline Conway is a qualified psychotherapist with over eight years of professional experience supporting individuals through a wide range of personal and emotional challenges. She holds a BA (Hons) in Counselling and Psychotherapy and has been practising since 2017, developing a thoughtful and compassionate approach to therapeutic work.

Caroline works from a humanistic and integrative perspective, drawing on psychodynamic principles to inform her practice. Central to her approach is the belief that the relationship between therapist and client is a powerful foundation for meaningful change. By building a trusting and collaborative therapeutic relationship, she aims to create a safe space where clients feel comfortable exploring their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.
