About Caoimhe Everard

Caoimhe Everard is a Rehabilitation Physiotherapist, Certified Pilates and Reformer Instructor, and Sports Performance Rehabilitation specialist. She holds a BSc in Physiotherapy from University College Dublin and is currently undertaking a Master’s degree in Sports Science at University College Cork. Caoimhe is CORU-registered and a proud member of the Irish Society of Chartered Physiotherapists.

With a strong focus on injury prevention, rehabilitation and performance enhancement, Caoimhe is dedicated to improving her clients’ quality of life through tailored, evidence-based care. She integrates Pilates seamlessly into her physiotherapy practice, designing individualised rehabilitation programmes that target chronic pain, movement dysfunction and reduced physical performance. Pilates plays a central role in her approach, supporting improved core strength, posture, flexibility and overall movement control, which are key factors in reducing back and joint pain.

Caoimhe’s philosophy extends beyond pain relief. She empowers clients to take an active role in their recovery by equipping them with sustainable strategies to manage and reduce chronic pain while enhancing long-term physical wellbeing. Her additional training in focal and radial shockwave therapy, as well as spinal decompression, enables her to address more complex and persistent pain conditions with a comprehensive treatment approach.

Having worked extensively with sports teams and individual clients, Caoimhe understands the demands of maintaining peak physical condition and preventing injury. As an avid runner herself, she is passionate about helping others achieve their fitness and wellness goals, whether that means returning to sport after injury, improving athletic performance, or simply living an active, pain-free life. Her holistic, Pilates-informed approach to physiotherapy is centred on restoring function, reducing chronic pain and supporting long-term health and performance.
