Breda has always been amazing, very kind and friendly when she can but still tells you what you need to hear. Breda has always made sure I understood why certain things were good and bad so even when I was out I could make healthy choices and know why they were healthy. Breda has helped me in far more ways then nutritionally. She has always helped me mentally too which made the nutrition side of things much easier

I am currently in year 3 (of 3) Nutritional Therapy and Breda is one my lecturers. In 2nd year, as students we sat in on many clinics given by Breda and it was so empowering to see her in action. She has a natural warm, welcoming energy that immediately puts the client at ease. She is very geniune in her communication and immediately develops a rapport and a sense of trust in the client/practitioner relationship. She has an uncanny ability to take the most complicated case and meet it head on with a very real, targetted protocol exactly on point, while also keeping it very attainable and attractive to the client. She has demonstrated really effective healing in clients, some of whom had lost all hope and she gave them back their health. I cannot say enough positive things about Breda. She is a natural healer and I am lucky to have had her as both a lecturer and to have experienced her clinics.
