Arina Suld

Arina Suld is an IACP Accredited Psychotherapist based in Sligo, offering therapy to adults, couples, and people in diverse relationship structures within a warm, compassionate, and non-judgemental space. Her practice is grounded in the belief that healing and growth happen through authentic connection, where clients feel genuinely seen, heard, and accepted.

She supports clients through a wide range of personal and relational challenges, including relationship difficulties, communication issues, emotional disconnection, life transitions, identity exploration, trauma, and intimacy concerns. While working with many presenting issues, Arina has a particular passion for helping people strengthen their relationships and create deeper emotional connection.

Arina specialises in Couples Therapy, Relationship Counselling, Marriage Counselling, LGBTQIA+ and GSRD-affirmative therapy. She welcomes clients of all identities, backgrounds, and relationship experiences, including those exploring or practising ethical non-monogamy, polyamory, and other forms of consensual relationship diversity. Her practice is affirming, inclusive, and free from assumptions, offering a space where every relationship can be understood on its own terms.

Drawing on an integrative, person-centred approach with advanced training in Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Arina helps clients develop greater self-awareness, improve communication, navigate conflict with compassion, and build more secure, fulfilling, and authentic relationships with themselves and with others.
