Ms Amy Reid

Ms Amy Reid is a physiotherapist and the owner of Body in Motion Clinic, where she is dedicated to helping people move better, feel stronger, and live with less pain. Amy treats a broad range of conditions, from acute sports injuries to chronic issues such as osteoarthritis, degenerative conditions, and persistent headaches. Her work is driven by a passion for supporting individuals as they regain mobility, reduce discomfort, and improve their quality of life.

With a strong background in orthopaedic therapy, Amy specialises in the assessment and treatment of the musculoskeletal system. She takes pride in delivering tailored, evidence-based care that addresses both the root cause of pain and the individual needs of each client.

Amy’s interest in GAA and equestrian sports played a key role in shaping her career path, giving her a deep understanding of the physical demands placed on the body by sport. She trained at the Irish College of Osteopathic Medicine, further strengthening her hands-on, holistic approach to treatment.

At Body in Motion Clinic, Amy offers a wide range of services, including physiotherapy taping, myofascial release, electrotherapy, dry needling, joint manipulations, massage therapy, and chronic pain management, with a particular focus on sports injuries and osteoarthritis.
