IACP accredited psychotherapist working remotely or in-person in Dublin city centre. I work with a range of issues including but not limited to attachment, developmental trauma, gender, neurodiversity, sexuality, relationships, depression, psychedelic integration, and anxiety. I offer open-ended weekly therapy.
I work from a humanistic base with an interest in trauma-informed, psychodynamic, existential, embodied, and psychoanalytic approaches. I'm also personally influenced by music, nature, and philosophy. I am particularly interested in the impact of our socio-economic situation on mental health, things like housing, inflation, and lack of community.
I aim to create an environment in which, even if you're not sure what the matter might be, we can explore in a safe and open way. Therapy is a shared creative process of understanding. I am not here to fix things but rather to be alongside you. In the process I hope we gain some understanding of how to be more fully in the world.
