Dr Alberto Embalo

Dr. Alberto Embalo is a multilingual General Practitioner with over 10 years of international experience in primary care, preventive medicine, and holistic health. He holds a medical degree from Lodz Medical University and has pursued further education at the University of Lisbon and Kaplan University in Canada. Dr. Embalo is licensed to practise in both Ireland and Portugal and has been providing medical care in Ireland since 2016.

His clinical expertise spans the prevention and treatment of respiratory, circulatory, digestive, urinary, and endocrine disorders. He also offers basic care for pregnant women, newborns, and infants, as well as routine health checks and treatment for older children. In addition, Dr. Embalo supports patients with mild to moderate mental health conditions, including depression, anxiety, and sleep disorders.

Dr. Embalo is also experienced in managing skin conditions, providing contraception counselling, conducting breast exams, and performing medical assessments for driving licences. He is deeply committed to a holistic approach to health, integrating his training in natural medicine and holistic nutrition to complement conventional treatments—particularly for patients managing chronic conditions.
