All staff were very friendly and helpful. They answered all questions in a clear and supportive manner.
I absolutely cannot fault the receptionist (sorry can’t remember her name) and Lauren. Always such a warm calming welcome on arrival and made the whole thing feel so familiar. Having staff like that is an absolute asset to your organisation, especially when it can be one of the most difficult parts of people’s lives.
Our visit was always something we didn't have to bother about, as we knew we would be seeing staff who were helpful at any given time. From the smiling welcome of the receptionist to the nurses who also executed their duties professionally.

We cannot rate the clinic and nursing/administrative staff in Waterstones Limerick highly enough! They are the back bone of the clinic and could not be more caring or professional in carrying out their duties. we will be forever be grateful to them for making it possible us to conceive twice.
