We had our consultation with Lauren yesterday and she made us feel completely at ease from the moment we met her. She took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of our questions and made what can be an overwhelming process feel much more manageable. The receptionist was also very friendly and welcoming. The clinic itself was spotless and had a calm atmosphere. The girls become your friends. It doesn't feel like your walking into a clinic. Chloe greets you with a great big smile and small chat that immediately puts you at ease. Continuity of care between Lauren and Caitlin means so much also during treatment.

I absolutely cannot fault the receptionist (sorry can’t remember her name) and Lauren. Always such a warm calming welcome on arrival and made the whole thing feel so familiar. Having staff like that is an absolute asset to your organisation, especially when it can be one of the most difficult parts of people’s lives.

Our visit was always something we didn't have to bother about, as we knew we would be seeing staff who were helpful at any given time. From the smiling welcome of the receptionist to the nurses who also executed their duties professionally.
