Martina goes above and beyond, she is an amazing nurse who has truly found her calling. I feel so lucky to have had her care for us throughout out journey. We owe her everything!

When we look back at the last few years, it is hard to put into words just how much of our lives have been part of our journey with Waterstone. We started this journey in 2019 with so much hope, but along the way we faced disappointment after disappointment, bad news that broke our hearts, and then the added uncertainty of a global pandemic. There were times when it felt like our dream of becoming a mam and dad was getting further and further away. Then, finally, came the news we had waited so long for — we were going to have our baby. Our beautiful little boy made every difficult moment worth it, and we will forever be grateful for the role Waterstone played in helping us bring him into the world. We then faced the heartbreak of failed transfers, and now, somehow, after everything we have been through, we are pregnant again. Through every single high and low, one thing has never changed: the incredible support, kindness and care we have received from Waterstone, and especially from Martina and Niamh in Kildare. They have been there for us through some of the happiest and hardest moments of our lives. They have answered every question, reassured us when we were frightened, picked us up when things didn't go our way and celebrated every piece of good news with us. What means the most is that their happiness for their patients feels so genuine — you never feel like you are just another patient or another number. There are honestly no words that could ever describe how grateful we are to everyone at Waterstone Clinic in Naas. This has been one of the longest and hardest journeys of our lives. There have been so many tears, heartbreaks, setbacks and moments where we genuinely wondered if our dream of becoming parents would ever happen. Through the highs and the lows, the team at Waterstone never stopped believing that we would reach our goal, even when we struggled to believe that this would happen for ourselves. We have to give a very special thank you to Martina Kelly, the CNS. She has been our rock from the very beginning. Her knowledge is second to none, but it's her kindness, patience and genuine care that have meant the world to us. No matter what question or query we had, Martina always thoroughly, honestly and carefully explained everything to us leaving us feeling reassured and supported. No worry was ever dismissed, and no matter how difficult things became, she was always there with reassurance, support and honest advice. There were days when everything felt overwhelming, and Martina always knew exactly what to say. She became the voice of reason whenever we needed it most, and looking back now, every piece of guidance she gave us turned out to be exactly right. She celebrated the good days with us, carried us through the bad days and never once made us feel like we were just another patient. Martina and Niamh in the Kildare Clinic are two of the kindest people you could meet, their reassurance and care has meant the world to us on our pathway to parenthood. There's so much uncertainty but they were there to do whatever they could to help at every step. I've no doubt they are intensely busy but they never made me feel like they had anything but time and energy for me at various appointments. THANK YOU!!

Our clinic is naas and Martina and niamh our both amazing and always keep us at ease. Martina is a fertility angel. Could not fault the ladies.
