Second time with waterstones for IVF. Had negative experience first time in particular with the limerick branch in 2023. Had issues with first FET this year with reaction to progesterone injections. Felt my concerns and side effects were minimised and dismissed when met with staff on day of transfer and subsequent follow ups with limerick office. Resulted in hospital admission and infection. Felt more supported by limerick staff second FET, reactions to progesterone pessary were responded to quickly and solution found and regular check in from staff helped with anxiety and worry .
Most recent visit to Waterstone Cork was for our fresh embryo transfer - the appointment was quick & comfortable. Dr Bodri and nurse Aoife were both welcoming & I felt very comfortable
I am incredibly grateful to the whole team at the clinic and truly happy with my experience. Everyone was so kind, professional, supportive and caring throughout the entire IVF process. Everything was organised quickly and smoothly, and the team was always available whenever I had questions or needed reassurance. I am naturally quite an anxious person, especially during such an important and emotional journey, but I always felt supported and reassured. My questions were answered promptly, and I never felt like I was going through this alone. Thank you so much for your patience, kindness, care and professionalism. I will always be incredibly grateful to you for everything you have done for us. ❤️
All of the staff were very friendly and professional. The waiting area was comfortable. The doctor who saw me explained my options clearly and I felt very reassured and supported.

Our overall experience at Waterstone was amazing, each time we visited we waited very little time. Our last visit was our 8 weeks scan and as per usual, the staff were amazing the nurses are super friendly patient and attentive.
