I had my Botox appointment on Saturday and, having been coming to this clinic for almost two years. I can honestly say I have been incredibly impressed by the level of care, service and expertise. The doctor is exceptionally knowledgeable, professional and genuinely caring. What I appreciate most is her honest advice and the fact that she always recommends what she believes is best for me, rather than trying to sell treatments. She has a wonderful eye for subtle, natural-looking results and understands that the goal is to enhance your features, not change who you are. I want to look refreshed, elegant and the best version of myself as I age gracefully, without trying to look 20 again, and I feel I am in very good hands with her. I would wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for an experienced, trustworthy doctor who truly cares about her patients and takes pride in achieving beautiful, natural results.

First time attending, for initial consultation: Dr Mari-Lee was so welcoming and put me at my ease. Listened carefully to what I wanted from the treatment and made a plan I was happy with, explaining clearly what to expect in terms of results and benefits.

Having had Botox treatments for many years, I can confidently say Venustas is the best clinic I’ve attended. Treatments are exceptionally gentle, with minimal swelling and virtually no downtime. She is an absolutely lovely person — warm, kind, personable and incredibly professional. Her advice on skin ageing and texture is thoughtful, honest and reassuring. She is wonderfully encouraging about your skin and never pushes unnecessary treatments. In fact, she has talked me out of procedures she felt I didn’t need! Her genuine care, positivity and respect for others really set her apart. Her home clinic is immaculate, welcoming and beautifully maintained. Appointments never feel rushed, and while availability can be limited, I consider the fact that she is also actively practising medicine a significant advantage. An exceptional doctor and a genuinely lovely person. I recommend her to friends without hesitation.
