The clinic also provides specialist services through the Midlands Running Clinic, including lactate analysis, 3D gait analysis and orthotics, tailored strength and conditioning, and running injury assessment and prevention. Its specialised knee clinic provides assessment and treatment, injury prevention strategies and pre and postoperative rehabilitation for all knee injuries, with a particular interest in ACL rehabilitation, meniscus injuries, patella femoral pain and osteoarthritis. Digital strength testing is used during assessment and throughout rehabilitation to monitor progress and identify areas of weakness that may affect recovery.
