Therapy In Dublin is an Online Psychotherapy Clinic founded and led by Magda Kurzawska, a fully accredited and registered practitioner with the Association for Psychoanalysis and Psychotherapy in Ireland (APPI), the Irish Council for Psychotherapy (ICP) and a Professional Member of OPEN Foundation, Europe's leading nonprofit for psychedelic research and education.
The clinic offers in-depth psychoanalytic and psychotherapeutic support through a secure video platform, enabling clients to access professional mental health care from the privacy and comfort of their own space.
Magda Kurzawska holds an MA in Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy from Independent Colleges Dublin, Higher Diploma in Addiction Studies from University College Dubin, as well as a Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań, Poland. In recent years, she has also completed the Psychedelic Practitioner Training with Synthesis Institute in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
She specialises in providing an in-depth psychotherapy for individuals, adolescents, couples and families. She works from a psychoanalytic perspective, grounded in Freudian and Lacanian theory and practice, clinical psychology and trauma-aware practice, allowing her clients to work at multiple levels, including emotional, cognitive, relational and somatic. In her practice, the therapeutic process is always tailored to the unique needs of each client, allowing for a flexible and responsive approach. She supports clients in exploring their unconscious and understanding how it impacts their experience.
Her areas of focus include anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, identity issues, sexual difficulties, addictions, eating disorders, panic attacks, phobias, compulsive behaviours, bereavement, psychedelic integration and also a deep but less specific sense of confusion or loss.
Magda works in both English and Polish.
Therapy In Dublin addresses the gap in online psychoanalytic/psychotherapeutic provision by offering a safe, non-judgmental and confidential environment for clients seeking not only symptom relief but also deeper emotional development and long-term transformation.
This practice offers a range of facilities and services.
