I needed physio after injuring my hip and leg and got an appointment straight away with Susanna. She was excellent and immediately understood the problem. I had 4 sessions of physio with shock treatment and exercises and am fully healed now. So grateful for this.

I have been seeing Toby for approx 6 months on a range of treatment and maintenance as a long distance runner. Toby's expertise and assistance have been second to none, he is very knowledgeable and works his magic to keep me on my feet! The follow up service is also excellent with videos of exercises discussed or even quick check in messages. A very friendly and professional service.

I have been with Physio Studio for over 10 years now both at the end of my amateur football club days and now as a runner. I started there with an ACL related injury and have had pretty much the works since. Tight neck, back and shoulders all fixed from desk work and never came back (so long as I follow orders haha). I had fractured bone i foot and was back walking within 3 weeks without the boot. I have torn my hamstring and been back on the roads in no time. They both Toby and Gerry have always remembered my history and applied that knowledge to develop real fixes to my issues and I have incorporated their excersizes into everyday warmups and activations to keep most of my issues from regularly recurring. I went from a being a walk run 5k to 3:48 Marathon runner while being on the bigger side and not having an athletic background at all. They know what they are doing.
