The Performance Clinic

The Performance Clinic is a physiotherapy and fitness practice based in Celbridge, Co. Kildare. Established in 2014, the clinic provides physiotherapy, rehabilitation and fitness services.

Services include physiotherapy, shockwave therapy, rehabilitation programmes, physiotherapist-led exercise classes for adults aged 50 and over, performance measurement, Peak Performance Fitness and running coaching.

The physiotherapy service includes assessment and diagnosis to develop a management plan, with education, exercise and treatment forming the main elements of care. Where necessary, further assessment or referral to other specialists can be arranged.

The clinic also provides performance measurement to assess and monitor physical performance.
