The Health Lab

The Health Lab is a remote blood testing clinic dedicated to providing world-class blood testing services in accessible locations across Ireland.

The Health Lab was founded by Mark, a pharmacist and avid fitness enthusiast. Mark spent nearly six years living in South America, where he regularly had blood tests to monitor his health. These tests were inexpensive and easily accessible in any city. Upon returning to Ireland, Mark was surprised to find a lack of easily accessible blood testing clinics. Most options required paying to see a GP first or driving long distances, which was far from ideal.

Frustrated by the inconvenience and high costs, Mark started The Health Lab in 2023. He believed that no one should have to pay a private doctor fee just to have blood drawn or take time off work to check their cholesterol levels. His goal was to bring blood testing to where people actually are—pharmacies, fitness centres, workplaces, and more.

The Health Lab's main location is at Life Pharmacy in Kill, making it the perfect spot for blood tests in Kildare. There are also locations in Dublin, with the potential to offer testing services throughout Ireland. The mission of The Health Lab is to make blood testing convenient, affordable, and accessible for everyone.

Whether individuals are keeping an eye on their fitness, managing a health condition, or simply staying proactive about their health, The Health Lab provides the testing they need, where they need it with no doctor refferral necessary.
