The Gem Clinic

The Gem Clinic is a premium aesthetic, hair, and beauty clinic located in Kilcock, Co. Kildare. Founded and directed by Gemma Maguire, a master aesthetic practitioner with over 20 years of experience, the clinic offers a wide range of advanced aesthetic treatments, bespoke hair and beauty services, and an exclusive men’s grooming bar.

Gemma studied Advanced Aesthetics in Portland, Oregon under plastic surgeon Dr Timothy Connell and furthered her training in the UK with MAPI Aesthetics. A qualified phlebotomist with a Level 7 degree in Human Anatomy & Physiology, Gemma also spent more than five years as a City & Guilds Tutor and Assessor for NVQ Awards Levels 2–4. Her extensive background ensures the highest level of care and professional expertise across all treatments.

The Gem Clinic provides an extensive selection of treatments, including dermal fillers, microneedling, photobiodynamic therapy, fat-dissolving injections, facials, mesotherapy, and teeth whitening. The clinic also offers rejuvenating hair services, colouring and styling, and personalised men’s grooming, including haircuts, beard trims, waxing, and microneedling for hair loss.

Resident doctor Dr Ezio Giulio Landi, an experienced prescriber and injector, supports the clinic’s medical aesthetic services. With over 15,000 patients treated, Dr Landi specialises in anti-wrinkle and injectable treatments, ensuring clinical precision and natural results.
