I received my appointment date with ease. I got notified by text , followed up by phone call. I arrived for my 2:40 appointment at 2:30. However I was left in waiting area till 3:05 until I raise the query of delay. Operations mger spoke with me later & promised to give me a follow up call next day! That did not happen. Friendly professional staff & clean environment BUT I hate waiting at initial stage of process as I arrived on time.

I found my experience from speaking with the receptionist to the end of my appointment with the technician to be courteous very professional and made to feel very much at ease.

Staff are very friendly. It is a stressful time for patients and I feel that too many patients are scheduled on in injection day and this causes delays. If your appointment is for 10 it should be in or around then not 45 minutes later. I find it is like a conveyor belt. I find Dr Morsey does not communicate well with me. I have to initiate questions and then I get the briefest of answers. I am also hugely disappointed with the outcome of my cataract surgery on my right eye. My vision has disimproved significantly in this eye even with new glasses. I have mentioned this to Dr. Morsey but don't get satisfactory response. I feel let down in this regard.
