As this is a long term medical appointment every time it is met with trepidation. However all the staff and the consultant are aware of their patients fears are are extremely calm and friendly to all. Making the experience as gentle as possible.

The lack of communication regarding finance is awful....expecting extra payment without notice is unacceptable plus should be discuss when payment is made NOT after an invoice is sent....appalling

Efficient friendly courteous and helpful staff from reception through optician to consultant Mark Cahill. There is a feeling that my sight is in the hands of staff who know their job well.
