I had a significant injury while playing cricket, involving a tear around the area where my lat muscle meets the arm and shoulder (near the underarm, I think its called Latissimus Dorsi ). The injury severely limited my range of motion, and even after 5 months I still couldn't bowl properly without pain and restriction. Aidan and Musa at Pears Physio were fantastic throughout my recovery. They carefully assessed the injury and guided me through a progressive rehabilitation program, introducing the right exercises at each stage of recovery. Their expertise, encouragement, and attention to detail gave me confidence that I was moving in the right direction. Thanks to their support, I have now regained my full range of motion and, most importantly, I've been able to return to playing cricket. I've already played a full game without any pain, something I wasn't sure would be possible when I first started treatment. I can't thank Aidan and Musa enough for their help and professionalism. I would highly recommend Pears Physio to anyone recovering from a sports injury or looking for expert physiotherapy care.

Aidan does not just focus on relieving symptoms, a full understanding of what the likely causes of symptoms is identified and measures put in place to tackle these at source.

The most recent visit, as all have been, was excellent, I was seen earlier, and Áine was absolutely brilliant in diagnosing and setting out plans and goals.

Had a VALD test and it was really helpful that the Physio walked me through what the test was, what it was tracking, made sure I was always in view of the results, and answered all questions I had without judgement

After working with multiple different physios over the years due to a chronic joint issue, Tadgh was the only one I saw real progress with. The app, equipment and treatment plan are excellent and the location of the practice is really handy. It's great you can book online.

Professionally run practice. Support staff and physiotherapists are helpful and engaging. Great having the option of Pilates too to complement physiotherapist work.
