She is a Member of the Royal College of Physicians of Ireland (MRCPI) and is currently completing a Master’s degree (MSc) in Clinical Dermatology, further strengthening her expertise in both medical and cosmetic dermatology.
As Medical Director and Chief Medical officer at Newderm, Dr. Marshal oversees clinical governance, patient safety, and the integration of advanced technologies and evidence-based treatments. Her approach to aesthetics is rooted in medical precision and artistry, with a strong focus on natural, refined results that enhance rather than alter a patient’s features.

I’ve attended Dr. Megan for the last 12 years. Not only is she an amazing doctor and very skilled at her job but also an incredible listener full of kindness and compassion. With previous visits to other doctors I had a slight drooping over one eyebrow and was very concerned about it. Dr. Megan genuinely listened to my concerns and her treatement corrected this. She is an ultimate professional and saw me for return visits without any problems so I was 100% satisfied with the process. I have recommended her to my friends.
Megan has such a lovely way of explaining the process without it being overwhelming. She was happy to answer any of my questions, silly or otherwise and I felt so at ease during my treatments.
