The hospice offers both inpatient and outpatient care. Inpatient care is provided at their 24-bed unit in Castletroy, Limerick, where patients can receive around-the-clock medical attention and support. Outpatient care is available at their Day Care Centre, where patients can access a variety of services, including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and counselling.

Milford Hospice also provides bereavement support to families who have lost a loved one. Their bereavement team offers individual and group counselling, as well as practical support and information.
