I was enquiring about a possible neck lift with Venus Medical. I sent off some photos and a video and I heard back from Peter the next day who was very helpful and gave me lots of advice on the next steps. The app was easy to use and I had a response in a prompt timeline. Would highly recommend.

I received detailed feedback within a day which led me to booking an in person appointment. The app is brilliant as i found that the doctor was really responsive, knowledgeable and answered with great detail. Also, other questions arise later or you might forget to ask something and you can continue to get your questions answered quickly. It’s a fantastic service as you get clarification on the multitude of queries that you naturally have quickly and thoroughly.
