Howellness Centre is a wellness and recovery centre based in Clondalkin, Dublin 22, designed as a multidisciplinary space focused on healing, performance, and personal wellbeing. The centre combines holistic therapies with more advanced recovery-based treatments in a single integrated environment.

Its services include Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBOT), offered in both 1.5 ATA and 2.0 ATA chambers, alongside complementary therapies such as yoga, meditation, sound baths, Pranic Healing, and hot-and-cold therapy. These services are positioned to support a wide range of needs, including athletic recovery, chronic fatigue, post-surgical healing, Long COVID support, and general wellbeing enhancement.

Howellness Centre also functions as a shared wellness space for practitioners.
