Helping Hands Physiotherapy

Helping Hands Physiotherapy is a specialist clinic based at South Dublin Therapy Clinic. It was founded in 2020 by Clara Caplice, BSc, MISCP, CPP, a CORU registered Senior Physiotherapist. Clara has extensive experience in both adult and paediatric disability care and has completed more than 400 hours of specialised postgraduate training in complex disability.

The clinic was established to provide physiotherapyfor children and adults with disabilities who require additional support outside of the public health system. Services cover a wide range of conditions including cerebral palsy, stroke, autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, multiple sclerosis, traumatic brain injury, spina bifida, spinal cord injury, musculoskeletal problems and many rare genetic syndromes. Treatments include individual physiotherapy, occupational therapy, and foot and ankle assessments with prescription of insoles.

Helping Hands Physiotherapy also provides courses for healthcare professionals, parents and caregivers, as well as training programmes for public health organisations. These focus on practical skills in supporting people with complex physical and neurological conditions. Therapy is evidence-based, combining traditional methods with modern approaches, and all therapists are registered with CORU to ensure the highest professional standards.
