The best medical practice in Kilkenny City, by far ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommend From start to finish. Sharon was wonderful and very helpful on my first visit. Doctor Aladdin Alaa was excellent, respectful and very professional. Expanding everything in a polite and respectful manner. Addressing the health issue quickly and offering solution and great recommendations. I was so happy with the care I got, I went back. My next visit was exactly the same.

I had a very positive and pleasant experience . Sharon the receptionist was a very professional and welcoming face whilst she processed my registration and nothing was too much for her , she coukdnt do enough for me and I observed similarly with other other patients ...of all ages too, she has a natural and very calming # positive approach with patients and when completed I had approximately only 15 minute wait . The doctor on duty was very pleasant professional and empathetic and my experience dealing with him was very positive too. Overall going to doctor.ie in Barrack Street, Kilkenny is a very positive and pleasant experience overall I recommend them 💯 .

Great service quick and pleasant

Very disappointed with my visit. From reception to doctor, but mostly doctor. Was looking for an antibiotic for my son and never made feel like a bad mother as I was that day. Just didn't find the doctors attitude nice or helpful. Will never return

Doctor listen to me and didn’t rush took time and care

Niamh on reception was incredibly kind and helpful. The doctor I saw with my young child was very dismissive, distracted by the many messages and phone calls on his personal mobile phone, (I even asked of he would like us to wait while he dealt with things), proper obs were not done even when I brought it to his attention. Thermometer most definitely was reading incorrectly ( I queried it and met with... "if the Thermometer says such a figure we'll then thats the temperature). My child did not get a proper work up. However a prescription for antibiotics was issued to treat what.... I am none the wiser. I left, paid. Things did not sit right in my gut. I kocked on the doctors door, rentered exolain how I felt my child did not get seen to properly........ result..... a letter for local hospital detailed with things I had mention but were dismissed initially. It's simple not good enough!
